Prestigious Award from Franchise Business Review

Lakewood, CO (April 6, 2009) When Franchise Business Review, a national franchise market research firm, announced the winners of its 2009 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards, Oxi Fresh was awarded a #2 ranking in Midsize Systems. “This ranking is very important to us,” said Jonathan Barnett, President of Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning®, “because it is based on the satisfaction of our franchisees. To receive this award we needed to fulfill our promises to our franchisees, and they in turn needed to feel they offer a valued service to their customers.”
 

According to Franchise Business Review, “To be included in the Guide, Franchise Business Review surveys thousands of franchisees each year to measure satisfaction levels related to their franchise ownership experience. Survey questions cover everything from training and support, system quality issues, franchisor relationship, to financial opportunity and overall satisfaction.”
 

This is only the second year Franchise Business Review has published the Top Franchise Guide and this year 115 franchise companies were identified as having very strong franchisee satisfaction. It was noted that the challenging economic environment had impact on nearly every business so those businesses with satisfied franchisees were particularly noteworthy.
