Director of Scheduling Center Operations
Kris graduated from Maranatha Christian Center in 2002 and attended Front Range and Metro State right after graduating. Since then, he has been working in the customer service industry for over nine years. Along the way Kris has had a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and methods of providing great customer service.
Kris has been working at Oxi Fresh Franchising Co., Inc. since December of 2009. Starting in the call center as a representative, he became the Quality Assurance Supervisor in March of 2010. In June of 2010 Kris received the opportunity to become the Call Center Manager. His responsibilities include hiring and developing quality call center representatives, maintaining a profitable call center through efficient scheduling, being open and available to franchise owners to help with any concerns they may have, and collaborating with the Oxi Fresh management team on various policies.
When Kris is away from the office he mainly enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves playing basketball or any other kind of sport, and is always in for a good time. Kris married his wife Jolene in June of 2008 and was blessed with his first child, a son, in July of 2009.
