Brian Haack

Chief Chemist

Brian Haack graduated Magna Cum Laude from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Brian is the Chief Chemist for Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning— one of the fastest growing new franchises in North America, and the Vice President of Operations for MasterBlend--a premier manufacturer of professional carpet, upholstery, and Oriental rug cleaning products.

Brian has over 22 years of experience in the cleaning industry. He started at ADCO Pro Cleaning Supply in 1988, working his way up through the ranks to Vice President. In 1995, he helped start MasterBlend, with his two other managing partners, Aaron Groseclose, President and his father Larry Haack, CEO. Brian set up and manages the company’s operations, which include the chemical lab, chemical production, equipment production, shipping, warehouse, purchasing, customer service, information technology, and graphic design departments.

In 2006, he assisted Jonathan Barnett of Oxi Fresh in designing the solutions and choosing the equipment that became the foundation for the unique Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning System. In his role as Chief Chemist he is responsible for product development and cleaning technology. He acts as the principle liaison between Oxi Fresh and MasterBlend, coordinating all order fulfillment and product support.

Brian lives in Arvada, Colorado with his wife Mary, and young son John. He enjoys boating, skiing (snow & water), hiking, camping, horseback riding, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
