Franchise Business Review

The Franchise Business Review is an organization that surveys franchise owners, seeing how pleased they are with the companies they work with. This company does something that many other’s don’t - it provides a place for honesty among franchise owners. It’s a chance for franchise owners to express their frustration or satisfaction with the company they threw their lot in with. That might scare some franchising companies, but not Oxi Fresh. We’re confident that Oxi Fresh policy and strategy creates satisfied owners.

And it has. Oxi Fresh is rated #7 in their 2010 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards for mid-sized systems. The year before we were #2. Even in 2008, our first year in the Review, we were ranked #13 for franchises with fifty locations or under. Clearly, we’ve been serving our franchisees well - providing excellent marketing support and training, as well as our Oxi Fresh Call Center. All of this allows them to focus on their business as a whole, rather than solely on it’s internal mechanisms. Maybe that’s the reason why Oxi Fresh has also received a Four-Star Owner Rating Award.
