Jonathan Barnett, the President and CEO of Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, was recently interviewed on Foxbusiness.com, where he talked about his entrepreneurial inspirations, the challenges of starting a business and how his “Stoplight” philosophy has helped Oxi Fresh become one of the top carpet cleaning companies in the United States.
Jonathan, who founded Oxi Fresh in 2006, was inspired by his grandfather’s can-do spirit and incredible work-ethic. In the years since he founded the company, it’s grown to over 250 locations in 45 states and been recognized by Inc. and Entrepreneur magazines.
According to Mr. Barnett, one of the reasons for Oxi Fresh’s rapid growth is his “Stoplight” philosophy.
A lot of people operate like there’s a red light and they don’t move forward until they get green lights. I take steps others normally wouldn’t have, because I didn’t wait until everything was perfect.
